Appointment capacity and patient demand – Zero tolerance policy

Although many areas of life are returning to pre-pandemic levels, the NHS is still under severe strain dealing with the pandemic and all of its consequences. We request patients to be kind to our staff, who are following the GP’s instructions with regard to appointment bookings/systems and who always try to do the best they can for patients when the demand for appointments is always greater than the capacity of the NHS. We are needing to implement our Zero Tolerance policy more frequently, as we need to ensure the well-being of our staff who work extremely hard for patients of the practice.
