Dear Patients,
As you know at this time of year we are particularly busy dealing with the usual winter ailments. Whilst we will always see patients who are experiencing acute illness, as well as those who have chronic conditions, we would ask that you consider alternative pathways to deal with your illness as we will have fewer doctors available over the next few months – information can be obtained from the surgery website under the Improved Access section and the Well-being and Health directory – which gives details of direct access for patients to pharmacies, physiotherapy, dentists, minor injury units, mental health/counselling and pain management services).
Dr Supria and Dr Tharib will be leaving us shortly and unfortunately Dr Grayson is unable to take up her post at the surgery due to family reasons. Dr Williams and Dr Zamir will be increasing their hours to ensure the practice is adequately staffed until our new doctor Dr Matt Degnan starts in March.
Your understanding and patience during January and February will be very much appreciated.
