Consulting hours
Our doctors are available for consultations 8:30am to 12:30pm and 3:30pm to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Appointments are available within the PCN on a rota basis from 6:30pm to 8pm, Monday to Friday.
Nurses / Healthcare assistants / phlebotomist
Our nurses / healthcare assistants / phlebotomist are available for consultations Monday – Friday between 8:30 am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm (one evening surgery per week from 6:30pm to 8pm)
Dispensary opening hours
Our dispensary is open from 9am to 1:30pm and 2pm to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Our phone line for the dispensary is open from 11am to midday and 2pm to 3pm, Monday to Friday for housebound patients, medication queries.

Enhanced access
The five GP surgeries, Chipping Campden Surgery, Cotswold Medical Practice, Stow Surgery, Whitehouse Surgery and Mann Cottage Surgery, offer a variety of different appointments before 8am and after 6.30pm as part of an enhanced access to NHS appointments service.
Dependent on suitability, you may be offered the opportunity to take advantage of these appointments when you call your surgery.
The appointment might not be at your surgery, but at one of the others listed here, you will be advised of the location of the clinic when you book.

If you need help when we are closed
If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
You may be telephoned or seen by a GP at the local community hospital in Moreton-in-Marsh or directed to one of the General Hospitals locally through the improved access service. For more urgent symptoms or an ambulance may be called in emergency/life threatening situations.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
