We are a registration point for the above scheme, which offers support to adults who may be, or feel, vulnerable when out in their community.
This includes anyone with learning difficulties, physical disabilities, autism and dementia and the aim is to help them feel confident and safe about going out on their own.
Please contact reception if you would like to register for this scheme.
The Herbert Protocol is a form that people who care for dementia or vulnerable people can download and complete with personal information and a photograph to send to police. If the patient goes missing, the police then already have all of the information.
